Abcourt Inc. is an emerging gold producer and exploration company with all mining properties located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, Canada.

Abcourt is currently developing the Sleeping Giant Mine, located 150 km North of the city of Val-d’Or.

In January 2023, Abcourt published the Mineral Resources Estimate (MRE) technical report in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101“) on its 100% owned Sleeping Giant Mine.

Abcourt is currently working on a Preliminary Economic Assesment (PEA) from the MRE. The PEA is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2023.

Abcourt is a reporting issuer to securities regulators in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Its common shares are listed in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ABI.V.
